Mint Group was founded in 2014 on a simple premise: bring the experience, scale and standing to serve the country’s most demanding accounts — without ever surrendering the closeness that matters most.

We began with Panamanian families. Over the years, HR leaders asked us to help design their benefits programs. Today we operate a dedicated corporate practice — with hundreds of programs delivered for small and mid-market businesses and some of the country’s largest groups.

We work with every insurer in the country, which gives us genuine negotiating leverage. What drives us is what happens after the signature: analysis, implementation, sessions with employees and clear reporting for HR.

How we work, in four principles.

01 — Honest analysis
We diagnose the incumbent policy and benchmark it against the market without bias. If what you have is well structured, we say so — our job is to make sure you’re well covered, not to change for the sake of changing.
02 — Sustained partnership
The day after you sign is as important as the day of the proposal. Claims, renewals, adjustments — all with the same team.
03 — Employee engagement
On-site presence, 1:1 consultations and educational sessions. When employees understand their benefit, they use it — and the return to the business follows.
04 — Growth alongside you
We adjust the program as the organization evolves. A year-five policy cannot be a copy of year one.

§ Licenses

Mint Group previously operated under SSRP license PJ 913 (Mint Group, S.A.). Today we operate as the commercial brand of Pledge Co, S.A., SSRP license PJ 995. Same track record since 2014, same team, same service.
